Johnathan Cromwell
Johnathan Cromwell is the Rossi Endowed Chair of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of San Francisco. An expert on creativity and team dynamics, he specializes in how groups navigate complex, open-ended challenges—from AI integration to emerging tech. His award-winning research has been featured in premier outlets including Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, and Administrative Science Quarterly.
In addition to his research, Johnathan serves as Faculty Director of the Entrepreneurship for All Initiative at USF, where he mentors hundreds of students annually to build impactful ventures across diverse communities. He holds a B.S. in Chemical-Biological Engineering from MIT and a Doctorate in Management from Harvard Business School.
