James Michael Lafferty
James Michael “Jim” Lafferty is a globally recognized business executive and athletics coach whose career spans five continents and four decades. He is the retired CEO of Fine Hygienic Holding (2018–2025) and previously held regional CEO positions at Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, and British American Tobacco. Jim’s unconventional path began as a fitness instructor for P&G executives, where he broke corporate paradigms by entering the brand management program with a background in psychology and physiology rather than a traditional MBA.
