A former British Army officer with 13 years of service, Marco blends military discipline with strategic agility. He is the author of Rewire or Retire: AI for Leaders, a manifesto challenging the C-suite to choose between reinventing their leadership style or stepping back into servant-leader roles.
As the Cyber Leader in Residence at Lancaster University, Marco developed the Digital Intelligence (dQ) framework to help non-technical leaders navigate the "Digital Tsunami".
